The church is not called to be a collection of individuals or simply an organization, but instead a community in which people live out the faith and lives together. Kaleo is to be a place where people truly connect in the deepest way. In friendship, service, worship, prayer, caring, nurture, and love. Therefore one of the primary purposes of gathering is not to produce an event, but to be together and share our lives. The church is not based on buildings or programs but on people. We must intentionally seek to create and preserve the space where we can connect deeply with one another in spiritual conversation and love.

Community Groups are an opportunity to dive into God's word while living out the biblical community we see in scripture. Through community we see family and friends gathering together, learning from each other, supporting each other and just doing life together.

Our goal is to see groups reproducing organically from other groups and popping up in homes all over the Houston area. This will ensure that wherever you are there is a group somewhere near you.
